Here at Magic Mountain we sell almost all of Mountain Equipments, Ronhills and Sprayways samples and second garments.

A sample garment is one which is produced by a company to specification only, that’s why you may have trouble with some of the sizes here in the shop (this is rare, but does happen). They are produced to see if the product is successful in all ways possible. All of our sample garments include a 12 month guarantee. If by any chance the garment is faulty or flawed we will either exchange it or produce a credit note for you to spend within a time period (this period can be extended if you wish). Remember we cannot help you if 1) you don't produce proof of purchase, 2) your guarantee is expired (this sounds obvious but we still get people asking for replacements/credit notes when their guarantee is expired).

A product marked up as a second is not guaranteed at all and no assurance is given (exchange, credit note). The majority of the time we do not know the problems with the second garments as they are sent to us boxed and simply marked as seconds. So it is entirely up to you to check it over and be satisfied with what you are purchasing.
