Description
As some of the lightest and most streamlined packs we make, the Orcus series is a favourite amongst our climbing team and has been well-proven on rapid winter traverses, extensive rock walls and ultralight alpine missions.
With a 28-litre optimum capacity, secure rope strap, axe retainers, external daisy chain, elasticated compression cord system and haul loops, the larger Orcus 28+ weighs just 520g, offering the technical features required of an alpine pack for a minimal weight penalty.
Despite their lightweight design, Orcus packs use highly tear- and abrasion-resistant ROBIC® nylon with a water-resistant coating, making them more durable and robust than most packs. A roll-top closure further helps seal out inclement weather and compresses the pack’s contents for a secure and stable carry when climbing.
Removing the EVA back panel allows the pack to be rolled up for packing, making this an ideal pack for expedition use and summit pushes.
