The Mountain Equipment Vulcan Jacket is a technical soft shell built from EXOLITE XP stretch soft shell fabric with a grid fleece backer for mountaineers and outdoor users who need dependable weather protection and mobility. Designed for movement in changeable mountain conditions, it combines windproof performance, water resistance and a protective hood with an Alpine-focused fit for climbing, mountaineering and general mountain travel.

• Mountain HC Hood - Designed with the adjustable Mountain HC Hood, offering protective coverage that can be worn with or without a helmet to adapt to changing mountain conditions.
• Alpine Fit Construction - Combines an Alpine fit with articulated, pre-shaped sleeves to maximise freedom of movement while reducing excess fabric during technical activities.

Care & Longevity

Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C using liquid detergent or a specialist cleaner, then line dry. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain fabric performance and the DWR treatment. Do not use care methods that conflict with the manufacturer's instructions.
