The Mountain Equipment Tacul Men's Jacket is a lightweight waterproof shell engineered for trekkers, backpackers, and hill walkers who need dependable weather protection without unnecessary bulk. Built using a hybrid construction of DRILITE® 3-layer 50D fabric across high-wear areas and DRILITE® 2.5-layer 50D fabric throughout the main body, it balances durability, packability, and comfort. With a 20,000mm hydrostatic head, fully taped seams, core venting zips, and a protective Mountain Hood, it is designed to keep you comfortable during extended days in wet mountain conditions.

Care & Longevity

Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C using liquid detergent or a specialist cleaner. Tumble dry on a low heat with a slow spin speed, or line dry before using a cool iron with a protective cloth to reactivate the DWR finish. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not iron zips, zip edges, or logos, and always follow the manufacturer's care instructions.
