The Mountain Equipment Tacul Women's Jacket is a lightweight waterproof shell designed for trekkers, backpackers, and hill walkers who require dependable weather protection without excessive weight. Built with a hybrid construction using DRILITE® 3-layer 50D fabric across high-wear areas and DRILITE® 2.5-layer 50D fabric throughout the body, it combines durability, packability, and all-day comfort. With a 20,000mm hydrostatic head, fully taped seams, and a protective Mountain Hood, it is engineered to perform in prolonged wet weather whilst remaining highly breathable on demanding mountain routes.

Care & Longevity

Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C using liquid detergent or a specialist cleaner. Tumble dry on a low heat with a slow spin speed, or line dry before using a cool iron with a protective cloth to reactivate the DWR finish. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not iron zips, zip edges, or logos, and always follow the manufacturer's care instructions.
